When can I expect to receive my order?

Digital lesson plans are instantly downloadable.

All physical books are posted the next working day, although this maybe slightly longer if we are away at competitions. I try to post them within 72 hours of the order as a maximum.

European and ROW orders can and frequently do take longer. Records include 6 weeks to California, 28 days to the Czech Republic and 4 months to South Africa. Most arrive much quicker however once dispatched it is out of my control.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes as well as online training vouchers. Please email me personally for your requirements.

What are the payment options?

You can pay online with Paypal, or Credit or Debit card. If you wish to make a BACs transfer please contact me directly.
